The reason why you can't select anything is because "Auto CdKey Sel." is checked.
Please uncheck it if you want to select an item in the list.
But it's supposed not to be crashing or stuck in any cases...
If you can find D21403**.txt file in your C3PO folder, then please zip and attach it in your reply.
And tell me what OS you are running exactly.
