More exactly speaking, other private servers use their own modifications on server side such as Warden-like memory scanning as you can see above.
C3PO is also highly modified client-side program, so it may not be compatible with those private servers.

You don't, he placed those messages there to cover your whole screen to as a part of it not being supported for other private servers. You either use BNet, or D2X2 server. Honestly I suggest D2X2 server, just wish it had a server in the US to make ping better lol.
