C3PO.exe doesn't even start

99% reason of not executing properly is because of the anti-virus program or something like that.
Recent anti-virus or security programs are brute and so much intrusive.
In many cases, they need to be even uninstalled.

hmm, sorry, I have no clue.
It just looks like one of system component module is missing...
I haven't seen this type of problem before at all.
