You don't need to enter any auth code and your C3PO FL-1 is already activated.
And I do not support ogrr.com account anymore.

As it says, that's an "Extended" function in FL-2, which is not provided for free.

That policy is not fixed yet, as I said here:

But you can use FL-2 for a month with $10 donation, or a year with $100.
This is unofficial guide line for now.

Is it still $10, I heard $5, and I tried donating and it didn't give me an option it just set it to $1 automatically.

$5 is a special sale price for now.
Do you see the "item price" input box on the lef pane when you prews the Paypal button above?
That's the spot where you enter the donation amount in USD.
