Hmm, I got the same result with Windows 10 as well.
It seems some kernel modules in Windows 10 have been updated, which causes the crash.

Sorry but I haven't taken a look into C3PO for more than a year, and I have no time to look into it now.
Sigh~~

If your OS is Windows 10 1703 or above, please download the C3PO again to get this problem fixed.
