A New Season of D2X2-Pro has been started!

Open-Beta is now closed and New Radical Pro-Ladder is just started!
1. Current "Non-Ladder" will be called "Pro-Ladder" or just "Pro" in short.
2. What's new in Pro Ladder:
1) Playing difficulty is increased by about 2 times.
2) Experience gaining rate is increased by 3/2 and experience loss on death is decreased a lot.
3) Item drop rate is the same as in previous ladder game but it's subject to change.
4) Gambling rate on Exceptional/Elite and Rare/Set/Unique are increased by 1.5 ~ 2 times.
5) Pro exclusive items/recipe and stats will be available soon.
6) Pro-Ranking will be recorded and you can see the ranking list if you logon with a pro character.
3. Pro Character starts birth timer right after a character is born.
If this birth timer reaches 60* days of time limit:
1) Character at level lower than 60* will be deleted except level-1 character with 0 experience.
2) If the level is higher than or equal to 60* and lower than 80, the character will be pushed to normal ladder.
3) If the level is higher than or equal to 80*, the character can remain in pro safely.
4) A reborn character is not restricted by birth timer.
4. Reborn method and bonus
1) If the level reaches 99, then the character can be reborn to level-1 pro character.
2) You can do this by resetting stat/skill method using TOA or by Akara only when in level 99.
3) All the items in Merc and Iron Golem will be dropped down to the ground before they are unsummoned.
4) Every time a character is reborn, +20* stat, +10* skill and +10* resistance points are given as reborn bonus.
5) The number of times you got reborn is shown in character selection screen and you can reborn 20* times in max.
4. Existing Ladder play will be changed as:
1) When a character reaches level 99, it will be reborn to level-1 in pro ladder.
2) Item drop rate is increased a lot(4/2/1 times) and MF multiplication (4/2/1 times) are applied.
3) Gambling rate on Exceptional/Elite and Rare/Set/Unique are increased by 1 ~ 2 times.
5. Ladder/Pro common changes:
1) You can use numbers in an character name, but the first letter must be an alphabet.
2) NoConnection (Idle) timer will be used just like in bnet, but it checks for 120* days of no connection before the character is delete.
This time will start to check after the birth timer is over for Pro characters.
3) There will be no "Ladder Only" items or recipes anymore. They will be available on both Ladder and Pro characters.
4) Two new item types are introduced: "Owner Bound" and "For Test" item types.
5) "Owner Bound" Items will have {*@*} tag at the end of the name string.
Only the first owner (the actual playing person) of the item can use the item. You can move around the item among all the
characters/accounts you created, but not to any other's.
6) "For Test" Items will have {*T*} tag at the end of the name string.
These type of items were generated for test purpose and they are subject to delete at anytime.
7) The Bound or Test Item attributes will be inherited to base or transmuted items when they are used for socketing or cubing.
8) You cannot make passworded game until the character completes Hell Baal quest, but you can join a passworded game at any time.
9) If you make a game with players limitation to less than 5, the monster population will be increased by 2 times in ladder games and more than 4 times in pro games.
If you make a hi-density games in ladder, the item drop rate and MF multiplying rate will be reduced by 1/2.
This type of games are listed in magenta color in the game list.
10) Currently we have 2 separate game servers in different time zone and you can play game together not like in bnet.
But obviously the far-side player may suffer high ping and latency.
To identify the games made from far-side server, they are listed in gray (red for hi-density) color in the game list.
6. All the existing Ladder Characters will be converted to Pro Characters at the time of Open-Beta closing.
There will be no periodic Ladder resets but it may happen only for special events like this time.
And only the official way to convert Ladder Character to Pro Character is to get level-99 reached.
7. You will get special advantage on playing Pro by this event as follows:
1) All the Characters and their items are transferred intact, so it'd be much better than starting from nothing in Pro.
2) You can experience newly changed "hard" features with your high levelers without any lead time.
3) Birth timer will be started from the time of reset for all the Characters, so you have enough time till they are expired.
